Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless and skinless
Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Low-fat
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, sear the chicken breasts over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Assemble Bowl
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the seared chicken in a baking dish.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
