Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the cinnamon roll bread into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and gently mix to combine.
  5. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup.
