  • 200 grams dark chocolate chopped
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the double cream and caster sugar, and whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the orange juice and zest.
  4. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
