- In a mixing bowl, combine the double cream and caster sugar, and whisk until soft peaks form.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the orange juice and zest.
- Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
