Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Salsa
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes fresh
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Make the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. Mix well and season with salt if needed.
Serve
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and serve it topped with fresh salsa.
