Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Serving
  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetables for garnish

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare Skewers
  1. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve
  1. Serve the chicken souvlaki with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and garnish with vegetables.
