Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into strips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, and lime juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Serve hot with additional peanut sauce if desired.
