  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked noodles, celery, carrots, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
