Dough
  • 1 package pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares or circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges with a fork.
Baking
  1. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
