Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Vegetables
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
Spices
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion, sauté until tender.
  6. Slice chicken and return to skillet, mix with vegetables.
  7. Serve hot.
