Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the broad beans and cook for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the crumbled feta.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the frying pan.
- Cook on the stove for a few minutes until the edges set, then transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set and golden.
