Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 200 g broad beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • 100 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the broad beans and cook for a few minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the crumbled feta.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the frying pan.
  6. Cook on the stove for a few minutes until the edges set, then transfer to the oven.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set and golden.
