Tostada Base
  • 4 pieces corn tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup salsa for serving
  • 2 pieces avocados sliced
  • 4 pieces eggs fried or scrambled

Method
 

Prepare Tostadas
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
  2. Spread refried beans on each tortilla once they are crispy.
Add Toppings
  1. Top each tostada with shredded cheese, salsa, sliced avocados, and fried or scrambled eggs.
