Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Ice Cream Layer
  • 2 cups blueberry ice cream
Topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Method
 

Prepare Cake Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
Assemble Cake
  1. Once the cake is cooled, spread a layer of blueberry ice cream on top.
  2. Freeze the cake for at least 1 hour to set the ice cream.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries and whipped cream before serving.
