Prepare Blackberry Mixture
- Blend the blackberries and honey until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove seeds if desired.
Prepare Cream Mixture
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Assemble Ice Pops
- Layer the blackberry mixture and cream mixture in popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
