Blackberry Mixture
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
Cream Mixture
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare Blackberry Mixture
  1. Blend the blackberries and honey until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds if desired.
Prepare Cream Mixture
  1. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Assemble Ice Pops
  1. Layer the blackberry mixture and cream mixture in popsicle molds.
  2. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
