Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water warm
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 2 hours.
Bake the Focaccia
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and spread it out.
  3. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool before slicing and serving.
