Tofu Base
  • 1 block Firm Tofu Press to remove excess water
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and then crumble it into small pieces.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
