Preparation
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and then crumble it into small pieces.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
