Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour for coating
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken strips with flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the sauce over the crispy chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
