Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until smooth or desired consistency.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container to prevent browning.
