Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
