Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 large potatoes sliced thinly
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
  2. Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Remove when crispy and golden brown.
