Ingredients
  

Crab Cake Mixture
  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably panko
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a plate.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
