- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash mixed greens thoroughly; pat dry and place in a large bowl.
- Halve cherry tomatoes and dice cucumber. Trim radish ends and slice thinly. Add all vegetables to the bowl.
- Toss in sliced red onion and crumbled feta.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
- Gently toss until everything is coated; serve immediately.
