- 4 medium carrots

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Peel and trim the carrots to the length of hot dog buns.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, soy sauce, and maple syrup.
- Place the carrots in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Grill the marinated carrots for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve in buns with preferred toppings.
