Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a bowl until smooth.
- Once toasted, spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each slice.
- Top each crostini with pieces of smoked salmon and garnish with additional dill or capers if desired.
- Serve immediately for the best taste.
