Instructions

- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar and eggs. Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over the baked crust and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set and bubbly.
