- Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
