- 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and airy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Top with additional crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
