Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed. Gently fold in sprinkles.
- Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on sheets for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
