Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and sweetened condensed milk until combined. Stir in cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and mix in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and optional nuts.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours until firm, then cut into squares.
