Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sriracha; add chicken to marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add choice of vegetables (optional) and sauté until tender.
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer for an additional minute.
- Serve topped with roasted cashews and sliced green onions.
